Social/Events Committee
This committee works to foster a sense of community throughout the neighborhood by hosting events and social gatherings. Past events include: Easter Egg Hunt, Pool Opening Pot-Luck, Summer Luau, Men's Poker Night, and Kid's Christmas Cookie Decorating. Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
To ensure that Chapel Hill continues to be a beautiful and well-maintained property, we need every home owner's help. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the HOA Covenants and would remind you that no outside improvements can be made to your home without prior approval of the Board and Architectural Control Committee. Some examples would be: roof replacement, garage doors, exterior paint colors, exterior materials, installation of satellite dishes, new fences/replacement fences, exterior improvements, and new trees. This is not a complete list but to serve only as a reminder to submit an application and get prior approval before commencing outside improvements to your home.
In order to gain ACC approval, please submit your request to chapelhillacc@gmail.com with at least 2 weeks before work begins on your home.

Who We Are
The goal of the HOA is to keep our community beautiful and maintain property values. HOA Management's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating all service work for the common areas, maintaining a resident directory, and making ourselves available to assist the homewoners in all matters of Association concern. We invite you to participate in the HOA and appreciate your comments throughout the year. We are always open to suggestions that would improve the quality of our community.
