Chapel Hill Pool Rules and Regulations 

  1. Entry to the pool through front gates using POA issued key cards only.
  2. Gum and tobacco products are prohibited in the pool/clubhouse or fenced areas. 
  3. There is NO lifeguard on duty.  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a person 16      years of age or older at all times.  Children must be supervised.
  4. Absolutely no pets of any kind allowed in the pool area at any time.
  5. Deposit all trash in the appropriate containers provided in the pool area.  Any unclaimed items left at the end of the day may be discarded.
  6. Infants and toddlers who wear diapers MUST wear swim diapers while in the pool.
  7. Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times in the pool.
  8. No persons with open wounds, loose bandages, or symptoms of communicable diseases will be permitted in the pool.
  9. Eating is only permitted in the table areas.  No food is allowed poolside or in the pool.
  10. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
  11. No pool furniture allowed in pool at any time.
  12. No running, pushing, or rough behavior will be permitted.
  13. Chapel Hill HOA is NOT responsible for the loss of personal property.
  14. Anyone under the influence of drugs, or abusing alcohol at the pool will be asked to leave.
  15. Only pool toys are permitted for use within the pool.  Items such as rocks, metal toys not designed for pool use, et cetera, are not permitted to be placed in the pool.
  16. Serious or repeated violation of pool rules may result in suspension of pool privileges.
  17. Homeowners dues must be current and paid in full prior to residents or their guests using the pool facility.
  18. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, et cetera must be left outside the gate of the pool facility, and placed as not to cause an obstruction to pedestrians.
